Our Shipping Policy
At HomelyGoods, In order to provide you with luxury, our delivery times can vary.
Orders on average take about 2-4 weeks within the US. Some shipments can arrive even faster whereas other shipments could delay a bit. Our time frame is about 1-4 weeks.
International shipments average from 1-6 weeks.
PROCESSING & TRANSIT
After we receive your order, it is usually processed in 24 hours and can take up 7 days for shipping to begin. After your items are shipped out, transit times may take anywhere between 5 to 15 days for you to receive them.
A week from the day your order is placed, a tracking number will be available and can only be acquired upon request by email. Please remember, when it comes to tracking your shipment, holidays and weather could distort your arrival dates. The average delivery window is about 2 weeks and some orders do arrive faster while others may have some delay.

Our Return / Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the items back. Please allow up to a week for refund(s) to show in your account. We apologize if this seems long but the time-frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it. We will refund you by the same method as payment.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after a week, please contact us.
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED.
If you think the item your received is faulty or damaged contact the support email and we will see what we can do to assist you.
WHERE DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
In the case of a return, please email us with the subject line “RETURN” in addition to why you are returning the item(s). We will provide you with a shipping address shortly after.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking number from your shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP AN ITEM BEFORE RETURNING IT?
You have 5 days from the date you received the item to decide to return it.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
Exchanges are usually processed and dispatched within a few days of us receiving the items back. We can only exchange an item for a different size or color in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item. Please state clearly in the return email which item you want to exchange and for what. If we don’t have the item in stock available, we’ll refund your money and email you to let know.

We are only human and occasionally errors can happen. If it has happened to you we are very sorry and will do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.
